10 Steps to selling your home

  2. Make Ready – Get your home ready to sell.
  3. Seller Inspections – Obtain any seller required inspections or scheduled maintenance. 
  4. Marketing -  We market your home.
  5. Showings –  We schedule showings of your home and provide you with feedback.
  6. Offers – We will present all offers, negotiate  terms and conditions of the property, (non-reality items, leaseback, etc..)
  7. Contract to Close – We work with all parties (title, inspectors, appraiser) throughout the transaction.
  8. Inspections - We will negotiation any buyer repair requests. 
  9. Financing Period -  We will keep you updated throughout the financing period (loan approval status, appraisal appointment, final walk through, etc..)
  10. Closing – Sign, lender approves, loan is funded.
