Interest Rates: Should you refinance my home? As a general rule of thumb, if your interest rate is at 4% or below, it's not likely that a refinance will benefit you, unless you decide to refinance on a 15-year term. However, if your rate is above 4%, you may want to consider refinancing. Check with your lender, see what they recommend, based on your individual situation.

Buyers: If you're looking to buy a home, you'll still receive the same high-quality service that you expect and deserve. We'll conduct a Buyer's Consultation virtually via Zoom, Skype, or Google Hangouts. It's easy, and we can still discuss your specific needs in detail. We can also provide virtual tours of homes that fit your search criteria.
Sellers: If you're thinking of selling, we're still be able to walk through your home virtually using tools like Facetime or Google Meet. This information will help me put together an accurate Comparative Market Analysis of your home, and that will help us price it correctly. If your home is on the market currently, there are many tools I can share that will help you show your home virtually to buyers, including a virtual open house. These tools demonstrate to buyers that you're doing your part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, but that you're still serious about getting your home sold.
